Between was a web-based blog for my daily notes, launched in March 2008 and active for about five years. Through writing, I transformed the blog into an experiential space during a transitional phase in my artistic practice, using writing as drawings to capture moments. In this way, by translating memories into text, the writing acted as a visual-perceptual practice.
In the geography of life, human beings remain distant from many things. When the idea of a destination does not imply something fixed or static, it becomes a direction that offers orientation without determining a final point. Once on this path, the movement itself becomes more meaningful than arriving anywhere specific. Thus, life is always moving forward, continually finding itself positioned between its unfolding routes.
